Data and purposes

DocKit processes your email address, uploaded files, processing metadata, generated reports or files, terms acceptance evidence (timestamp, IP, browser) and, where applicable, payment data (Stripe) in order to:

• provide the ATS CV analysis service;
• collect proof of terms acceptance;
• manage paid access to each analysis;
• send results by email;
• measure audience and improve the site (Google Analytics 4);
• handle billing, security and legal obligations.

Legal basis

Contract performance / pre-contractual steps; legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention, audience measurement); legal obligations (billing, accounting).

Retention

• ATS files (CV): 2 years, then automatic deletion;
• Reports, emails and payment data: as needed for the service, legal obligations and dispute handling.

• Google Analytics 4 — audience and traffic measurement (IP anonymised);
• Resend — email;
• Vercel — hosting.
